On September 28–29, two international-level events will take place at the AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius, bringing together permanent makeup professionals from different countries: the WULOP 2026 Baltic States Championship and the PMU TOP FORUM 2026.

The WULOP Baltic States Championship is an official stage of the global WULOP organization and the largest championship of its kind in the Baltic countries, holding real professional value and international weight. Participants compete in five categories (of their choice) on models or may choose to compete on artificial skin (latex). This is a continuous international system with clear evaluation standards, where the first-place winners earn the right to represent the Baltic states at the world final in Turkey. There, the strongest teams from more than fifty countries meet—from South Korea to the United States of America.
