UNREAL UŽUPIS... A tour of the district - bohemian and elite... It is not even a district, but an independent republic "Užupis". With its own president and ministers. And even a constitution, a flag, national holidays, and other attributes of a real state. There is also an independence day, which is celebrated on April 1st... :) But that is all now. We will start our journey to the land of "Užupis" with the help of a time machine, and go back about 500 years into the past.
