"Glaistas" offers an immersive audio journey through the former territory of the Vilnius Ghetto, blending musical compositions, electronic soundscapes, and binaural recordings. Guided by the recorded voices of Holocaust survivors who moved from Vilnius to Israel, the work examines memory, history, and the physical spaces of the city.
Audiences walk in chamber groups through contemporary Vilnius while listening to these interwoven sound documents, vocal ensembles, and instrumental pieces. Created by a multidisciplinary team including directors and composers, this dynamic work bridges the past and the present through innovative sound art.
