"In the Embrace of the Forest" is a gentle, visually contrasting, and sensory-stimulating hand shadow play for the very youngest. In a cozy and safe environment adapted for babies, two actresses create live forest stories right before the viewers' eyes – recognizable forest inhabitants and nature are born from hand shadows. Contrasting shadows, which babies notice particularly well, naturally capture their attention, encouraging them to follow movements, explore shapes, and react to changing images.
The play's musical background subtly intertwines with authentic nature sounds, which are carefully synchronized with the story created by the hand shadows, so the little viewers experience the forest with all their senses – as if they themselves were in the embrace of this magical forest.
