CLOSER TO MUSIC (ARČIAU MUZIKOS) – these are evenings of music meetings in different formats, designed for attentive listening and a deeper understanding of music. Some are led by interesting "guides" – musicologists, musicians, music lovers, and other experts in their field, who invite you to get to know the musical culture of a certain genre, composer, instrument, performer, or country more closely. In other meetings, the main axis of the evening is music from recordings – this is listening to music according to a pre-prepared program. We listen to high-quality recordings reproduced from vinyl records or high-resolution digital files – this allows us to feel the specific emotional content, appreciate the nuances of the performance, and immerse ourselves in the depths of this music.
