I invite you to a 1.5-hour session of rest for your body, emotions, and mind, and liberation from the past.
In this sound and relaxation session, you won't need to put in any effort. While your body and consciousness rest, with the help of sounds and guided visualization, you will be able to naturally release what no longer belongs to you – old grievances, others' expectations, and the emotional baggage of past events.
We often don't even notice how much vital energy we waste carrying the burden of the past, guilt, or anxiety. However, the deepest changes do not happen through tension. Only when our body and mind reach a state of complete relaxation does the nervous system feel safe enough to allow these old blocks to be released easily and without any resistance.
What awaits you this evening? Using Peter Hess singing bowls and a special three-level relaxation visualization, I will help your mind and body transition into a deep, healing state of peace.
Physical and mental rest: The sounds and vibrations of the bowls will naturally slow down brain waves. Step by step, we will relax every cell in the body, allowing the endless stream of thoughts to calm down.
Emotional detox: While soothing sounds play, you will experience a special time of subjective rest. Sound vibrations will help to naturally and gently stir up and wash away old tensions and emotions trapped in the body that you no longer need.
Regained energy: In a state of deep relaxation, we will rewrite old programs – we will learn to forgive ourselves and others, let go of the past, and bring all our energy back to this moment so that you can create your life from a place of ease and peace.
Just come to rest after your workday. You won't need to try or work hard on yourself – just get comfortable and let the sound and guidance do their work. Even if you fall asleep and don't hear my voice, that will be just as good and beneficial.

Location: A cozy home-like studio in Vilnius, Kareivių g. 11-4c. (Separate entrance from the side of the house, brown metal door down a few steps. You will receive more precise instructions via email before the event).

What to bring? Clothing – loose and comfortable. We walk without shoes in the studio, so thicker socks or slippers will be useful. We have blankets and cushions, but for your most comfortable rest, you can bring your own favorite blanket or sleeping bag.
