Practical training on process management
About this event
We invite you to a three-part practical training cycle designed for organizations that aim not only to describe processes but to create a functioning process management system and consistently improve their operations. The training is focused on real-world application in the daily activities of an organization.
The program is divided into three separate days, which can be purchased together or separately – participants can choose to attend the entire cycle or only the topics relevant to them. Each training session can be attended independently, and choosing all three creates a coherent process management competency program – from modeling to the implementation of real changes. The first day is dedicated to the basics of process management and process modeling (BPMN). The second covers process architecture and the application of the 5L methodology on an organizational scale. The third focuses on process analysis and improvement.
During the training, great attention is paid to practical tasks performed in the ADONIS Community Edition environment. Before the training, all participants receive access to a free ADONIS license, which they can continue to use after the training. Participants work with realistic examples, perform practical tasks, and receive a certificate confirming the completion of the training.
The training cycle includes three consecutive sessions (each can be attended separately; participation in all three is not required):
1. Processes in Practice: Basics and Application of Modeling (BPMN) (2026-06-04)
2. Creation of Process Architecture and Practical Application in Organizational Management (2026-11-12)
3. Process Improvement in Practice: From Analysis to Real Changes (2026-12-10)
