Rokas actively performs in renowned halls in major European cities, the United Kingdom, Asia, South American countries, and Lithuania. Currently, the pianist lives in London, where he has been collaborating with the City Music Foundation artist agency since 2017. Highly regarded by music critics, Rokas is frequently invited to various international festivals, where he performs solo recitals and collaborates with orchestras and chamber ensembles.

The pianist has performed with the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Symphony, Malaga Symphony, Aachen Chamber, Lithuanian National Chamber, St. Christopher Chamber, Lund Symphony, and Panevėžys Chamber orchestras, and has collaborated with conductors Juozas Domarkas, Lutz Köhler, Donatas Katkus, Olivier Grangean, Modestas Barkauskas, Roger Andersson, and Vidmantas Kapučinskas.

Rokas has won top awards in more than 20 international piano competitions in Lithuania, Italy, Sweden, Belgium, Russia, Ukraine, the Netherlands, and Germany. Among the most important are the 1st prize at the Nordic Piano Competition in Malmö, the 2nd prize at the International M. K. Čiurlionis Piano Competition in Vilnius, and the 1st prize at the Societa Umanitaria Music Competition in Milan.
