Playback performance "Promises"

Applied theatre "4 Rooms" presents a Playback performance on the theme "Promises".

Playback theatre is a genre of applied theatre based on a unique collaboration between performers and the audience. A spectator tells a story or even a brief moment from their life and watches as it is recreated on stage, given artistic form and integrity.

How many promises have we made to others, and how many to ourselves? We have kept some, forgotten others, and some still accompany our thoughts to this day. Promises can provide hope, strengthen bonds, and encourage change, but sometimes they also become a source of disappointment, guilt, or unfulfilled expectations.

This time, we invite you to look back at the promises that have left a mark on our lives. Those we made and kept, those we broke, or those we are still trying to fulfill. Promises made to loved ones, to ourselves, or to those who may no longer be by our side.

What promise do you remember?

Your stories will become the living foundation of the performance, and we will recreate them on stage.
