The festival consists of two parts:
FREE SAUNA DAY – an event open to everyone at Lukiškės Prison 2.0. Doors open at 12:00, and free sauna master programs start from 14:00. PAID SAUNA MARATHON – a team race through 13 saunas in Vilnius and its surroundings. Start at Lukiškės Prison 2.0, participation fee – €100 per team of up to 5 people. Number of spots is limited! Team registration: info@ivanasmusagonga.lt
FREE SAUNA DAY In the festival area, as many as 8 different saunas will be waiting for you – IVÃNAS MUŠA GONGÃ sauna, mobile saunas, SAUNASOUL sauna tent, and other hot spaces.
From 14:00, professional sauna masters will be working in the saunas, inviting you to exclusive sauna programs that you can try completely for free!
One of the special festival experiences is the Fantazijos.lt sauna with sauna master Karolina, where the heat will be complemented by aphrodisiac aromas, essential oils, and unexpected sensations. And where there is heat, there is cold! At the festival, you will find 2 hot tubs and 2 large cold water tubs. At one of them, Igne_On_Ice (Ignė Degutytė), together with the Vilnelė punk community, will invite you to get acquainted with the Wim Hof method and the sensations provided by the cold.
THE GRAND FESTIVAL LOTTERY! Throughout the festival, you will have the opportunity to participate in a lottery and win a HARVIA sauna heater!
ZENYOU GIFTS FOR ALL FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS! Sauna is not just about heat and cold, but also about paying attention to your body and well-being.
