Peer to peer: your challenge – others' experience

What if the answer to your business question lies in someone else's experience?
LiPA presents a new format – "Peer to peer" coaching meetings. Representatives from different companies and businesses will meet in small groups of 3–4 people, ready to share their experiences and help each other look at their challenges from a different angle.
How will it work?
We will bring participants together into groups of 3–4 people from different companies and businesses.
One group member will take the "hot seat" and present their challenge in up to 15 minutes.
Other group members will ask questions, share their experiences, and help look for potential solutions.
At the end of the meeting, the group will agree on the next meeting and the next participant in the "hot seat."
What kind of challenge can you bring?
Customer acquisition, stalled negotiations, a team management situation, or a business decision you want to discuss with others. Bring a specific question for which you are currently looking for an answer.
What can you discover?
A new perspective on your situation, ideas tested by others, and clearer potential actions. At the same time, you will build connections with people with whom you can continue the conversation in future meetings.
Everyone's experience is important: in one meeting, the focus is on your challenge; in another, you help someone else.
