From November 19th to 22nd, the sixth annual international world music festival-showcase "Saulės muzika" will take place at the "Tamsta" music club and the Naujoji Vilnia Cultural Centre!
Full of love and light, the most mysterious world instruments, and sounds for music lovers, the festival invites you to a four-day celebration featuring concerts and musical workshops for the whole family.
"Saulės muzika" is an international world music festival-showcase in Vilnius. It is an idea long cherished by Lithuanian multi-instrumentalist Saulius Petreikis. The events will feature world, folk, and instrumental music. Every year, the festival hosts musicians from different countries. This year, musicians from Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Ireland, and Lithuania will gather under the sun. The "Saulės muzika" festival is more than just concerts and performances. The organizers' ambition is to grow and gather a musical community and introduce listeners to world music, which is why musical workshops are an important part of the festival.
Musician and festival founder Saulius Petreikis invites you not only to listen but also to experience: to discover new musical neighbors from neighboring countries, to immerse yourself in the energy of different cultures, and to share it together.
