Are you looking for a summer activity that is interesting, active, and beneficial for a teenager?
Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is more than just entertainment. It combines physical activity, closeness to nature, and the mastery of a new skill. During goSUP lessons, teenagers (12–15 years old) learn to paddle, control their bodies, build self-confidence, and simply enjoy being on the water – without pressure, but with plenty of energy and positivity.
First steps on a paddleboard – bold and safe
goSUP teen lessons are a great opportunity to try this water sport in a safe and friendly environment. During the lessons, teenagers:
learn how to handle the equipment,
understand safety rules,
master the basic principles of paddling.
All of this happens in a playful way and without pressure – so that everyone feels comfortable and confident.
The small Dvarčionys lake is perfect for teenagers to learn paddleboarding – the safe and calm environment helps them absorb new skills more easily.
Lessons take place in small groups of up to 4 students, so the instructor can give more attention to each participant.
Professional instructors – with a smile and experience
Lessons are led by certified (ASI qualified) instructors who constantly improve their knowledge in international courses and seminars. They not only know the sport of paddleboarding perfectly but also know how to work with children – with patience, clarity, and encouragement.
