When a son returns from London to his native village, his parents prepare to celebrate not only his return but also a new family member – his educated, elegant lawyer fiancée. Everything seems perfect. Except in the mother's eyes. She suspects that her son is destined for someone else and still lives with memories of an old love. Driven by emotions, the mother devises a cunning plan – she invites the son's ex-girlfriend over as a guest.
