On July 8 at 7:00 PM, we invite you to the opening evening of Sigitas Parulskis' photography exhibition "Openly Hidden". The event is free.
The universe does not need a human to exist, but art does. It is a field where the human is a necessary part of the mixture. The photo art created by S. Parulskis cannot be explained literally, by saying everything or anything "in order", but in all the images, the author himself, his ideas of vision, are present in one way or another, and this time – also in color. The exhibition may bring you closer to answers regarding speculations about what a writer becomes most when in the shoes of a photographer – a focused extra, an attentive playwright, a restorer of memory, a free artist, a discoverer, or an inspired human. Or perhaps all at once. And something more. This year, it is already the second solo exhibition by S. Parulskis and the first time color photography is being presented.
The exhibition will be on display from July 6 to 19.
Admission is free.
