The Festive Gala Concerts of opera star NOMEDA KAZLAUS and her partners have become a tradition at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic since 2012 and are among the most anticipated events.
A Unique International Project
In honor of opera legend LUCIANO PAVAROTTI
For the first time in Lithuania, a unique instrument - the "WERTI" Symphonic Organ, which sounds like an entire ORCHESTRA!
THE PROGRAM - an exclusively ENTERTAINMENT-focused repertoire: the most popular works made famous worldwide by Luciano Pavarotti and others - “Nessun dorma”, “La donna é mobile”, “Caruso”, “O sole mio”, “Luciano”, "Torna a Surriento", "Ave Maria", and more.
INTERNATIONAL GUESTS - three famous tenors: M. Caballe's favorite OSCAR MARIN (Spain), German TV star JOHANNES GROSS (Germany), SEBASTIANO LO MEDICO (Italy), and pianist CLAUDIA HIRSCHFELD (Germany), who will reveal the magic of the WERTI instrument, sounding in Lithuania for the first time - the wonderful sound of an orchestra!
NOMEDA KAZLAUS is an internationally acclaimed opera prima donna, the only Lithuanian soloist to have sung lead roles on the world's biggest stages alongside Spanish opera legend Montserrat Caballé.
Nomeda Kazlaus has created numerous lead roles in European opera houses. Her repertoire includes impressive heroines ranging from Richard Wagner's Isolde and Brünnhilde to Giuseppe Verdi's Elisabeth and Ludwig van Beethoven's Leonore.
She is also a television host, producer, vocal professor, mentor, and chair and member of judging panels for international singing competitions and television projects, including participation in Lithuania's national Eurovision selection projects.
In 2024, Nomeda Kazlaus was a coach and mentor for the winners of the international television project "The Voice of Lithuania. Generations".
She is the author, producer, and host of the Lithuanian National Television series "Resounding Worlds with Nomeda Kazlaus". In this show, she interviews world-renowned music, culture, and art personalities – Sarah Brightman, Andrea Bocelli, Plácido Domingo, and many others.
Nomeda Kazlaus is also the founder and artistic director of the annual international Nomeda Kazlaus Vocal Masterclass Summer Academy in Palanga.
Opera soloist Nomeda Kazlaus is the official representative of the Montserrat Caballé family in Lithuania. She is the only Lithuanian singer to have performed lead roles and sung duets together with the legendary opera star Montserrat Caballé.
