From the meditative soundscapes of Joep Beving and Nils Frahm, Hania Rani's search for the Garden of Eden, and musicals interpreted by Lang Lang, to the well-known hits of The Beatles and Queen arranged by Peter Bence – this is a carefully thought-out concert program by pianist Joris Sodeika, which will open up sonic spaces for the audience that will linger long after the concert.

Joris Sodeika's interpretations combine precise technique, sensitivity, and deep musical intuition. His mastery of the classical music repertoire provides him with the necessary tools for a different kind of musical expression this evening – contemporary piano music.

In this concert, the pianist is merely a conduit for the coming sonic ecstasy, allowing the music to unfold naturally, without canons or boundaries. Transmitting that which makes the body tremble and the soul ennoble. That simple yet magical world of sounds – music.

Joris Sodeika's concerts are distinguished by his ability to connect different musical eras and styles, seeking new sounds. The pianist studied at the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art, studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre in the class of Prof. Petras Geniušas, and refined his skills with prominent Lithuanian and foreign performers. He has performed in Leipzig, Venice, Barcelona, and appeared at festivals such as "Gaida", "Christopher Summer Festival", "Culture Night", and "Druskininkai Summer with M. K. Čiurlionis". His repertoire combines music from various eras, and his concert activity is characterized by a constant search for new ideas.
