Musical comedy HELLO, I'M YOUR AUNT!

The Israel Musical and Operetta Theatre presents for the first time in Lithuania the musical comedy "Charley's Aunt, or Hello, I'm Your Aunt!", based on the play by the famous English playwright Brandon Thomas.

Brandon Thomas's play "Charley's Aunt" is considered a true theatrical phenomenon. It has been staged many times on stages around the world – from Broadway to Berlin – and has enjoyed exceptional popularity with audiences.

The performance features theatre and film actors, artists from the Israel Musical and Operetta Theatre, and laureates and winners of international competitions.

A light, playful, and truly theatrical story about how one absurd transformation can turn life upside down. At the center of the plot is a poor but inventive hero who, for the sake of love and to save his friends, decides on the craziest adventure – to pretend to be a rich aunt from distant Brazil.

Confusion, disguises, misunderstandings, and sparkling humor follow one after another, turning the performance into a true kaleidoscope of comic situations. Music, dancing, and live vocal numbers enhance the festive and carefree atmosphere, while witty dialogues and vivid characters do not let the audience catch their breath for a minute.
