On Friday, November 27, at 7:30 PM, the Kirtimai Culture Centre will host the rare performance of Lithuanian darkwave pioneers "Mano Juodoji Sesuo," returning to Vilnius for perhaps their only concert this year. The concert will feature not only fan-favorite songs that have become the band's classics, but also tracks from their 30th-anniversary album "Belamy."

Having explored various stylistic nuances for over three decades, "Mano Juodoji Sesuo" has created a unique darkwave sound on the Lithuanian alternative music scene – dark, romantic, and melancholic, blending guitar music, electronics, and cold dance rhythms throughout the band's history. The band's history began in 1991, when Barbora and Mindaugas, having split from "Post Meridian," started playing independently. In 1992, their debut album "Byra byra karoliukai" was released, and songs such as "Tiesi rankas į dangų" and "Byra byra karoliukai" reached the top spots on Lithuanian radio station charts. This was followed by "Reinkarnacija," "Sesuo," "Belamy," "Synthetique," and other albums, as well as concerts in Lithuania and abroad and performances at major dark alternative festivals.

This time, the Kirtimai Culture Centre stage will feature not only fan-favorite songs that have become the band's classics, but also tracks from their 30th-anniversary album "Belamy." Released in 1996, the album is one of the key milestones in the band's creative journey, featuring songs such as "Šaltą rytą" and "Belamy."

The concert will be captured in a live recording. According to the band's founder and the only remaining member of the original lineup, Mindaugas Budnikas, live concert recordings preserve not only the emotions of the musicians but also those of the audience – therefore, the gathered listeners will also become a part of this evening.

During the event, it will also be possible to purchase the reissued "Belamy" vinyl record and some earlier "Mano Juodoji Sesuo" recordings.
