Montvidas about his career path.
The soloist promotes the name of Lithuania all over the world – throughout his career, he has created more than 40 roles, which he has performed at the English National Opera, London's Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the Dutch National Opera, and in Geneva, Frankfurt, Lyon, Paris, Brussels, Strasbourg, Cincinnati, Santa Fe, and other famous opera houses. The singer actively performs with the most famous symphony orchestras in Europe, the USA, and Japan in such prestigious concert halls as the Vienna Musikverein, Amsterdam's Concertgebouw, the Berlin Philharmonic, and others. In 2020, E. Montvidas became the artistic director of the Pažaislis Music Festival. The soloist has been awarded the Medal of the Order for Merits to Lithuania, the Ministry of Culture's badge of honor "Carry Your Light and Believe," and in 2023, he was awarded the Lithuanian National Prize for Culture and Arts.
