The Belle Époque (French for 'Beautiful Era'), which began around the 1870s and ended with the First World War... A time when, it seems, so much began, and even more came to an end... Fin de siècle, decadence? Or a breakthrough of peace, beauty, art, and cultural prosperity that was wiped off the face of the earth by wars?.. An era that laid the foundations for today, while irreversibly taking with it everything upon which the old world rested...
This time, we will travel to the very heart of the events – the Paris of the Belle Époque... A world to which the most famous Western artists flocked, where Auguste Rodin created without straying from his inner compass, where the charming Sarah Bernhardt tirelessly reaped laurels, where Claude Debussy sought new harmonies, and Marcel Proust pondered lost time... Where Impressionists experienced moments of poverty and recognition, and talents – or perhaps even geniuses – flickered and faded unnoticed?.. Where Art Nouveau shone so impressively and unforgettably!.. Where science, technology, and progress marched across the old world in iron-shod seven-league boots...
Yes, yes, to Paris... Here, the OLD and the NEW breathed into each other's faces in a fierce confrontation... A face in which, like in a mirror, we will see – sometimes even an absurd – reflection of our own world. We will try to look at what lies behind the silhouette of the Woman, which became the symbol of the enchanting grace of La Belle Époque...
Perhaps on the way, we will stop by a fashionable café of the time to taste something Parisian and delicious? We certainly will! Maybe we'll hop on an omnibus and rumble off to one of the great department stores of those days to breathe in the fashion of the Belle Époque up close?.. Or perhaps – to the Opéra Garnier? In a word, we promise nothing, but be prepared for anything! We don't even know ourselves where the mood and whim of the moment will take us all!
We invite you, we look forward to seeing you!

We almost forgot! After the event, we will go to craft something 'à la Belle Époque' – a silk flower according to the fashion magazines of that time. So, we will host a mini 'haute couture' workshop for ourselves, or perhaps – a moment of 'Au Bonheur des Dames'?.. :) You will be able to decorate your dress, handbag, or hat with your creation, or make a brooch right there. By the way, we have prepared a separate surprise for the gentlemen in the workshop! :)
P. S. As always – our event content is child-friendly!
