When silence descends, voices become light. What happens when more than forty voices merge with light in a magnificent architectural space? This autumn, the choir "Momentum" invites you to hear a new concert program, "Where the miracle begins".

/ About the concert

The concert "Where the miracle begins" will feature the latest choral works by Lithuanian composers, revealing the diverse sound of a modern choir – from fragile intonations born in silence to pulsating rhythm, growing musical tension, and the powerful harmonic sound of more than forty voices. Individual pieces will merge into a cohesive musical and visual picture, while the dramaturgy of the lights will follow the flow of the music, highlight its turning points, and grow along with the majestic sound of the choir.

One moment – just a single voice, a flash of light, and a held breath; the next – the sound of the choir and light that floods time and space. This is an opportunity to hear how the latest Lithuanian choral music sounds today, to feel the power of the living human voice, and to experience how the human soul can be transformed and cleansed through the art of music. Come to listen to the silence before the first note. To see how the vaults of St. Catherine's Church light up. And to discover where the miracle begins.

The program includes works by V. Augustinas, E. Alekna, M. Drūlia, I. J. Šimkus, and D. Zakaras.

The "Momentum" choir operates as a non-profit association, and the goal of our concert activities is to present the latest choral music by Lithuanian composers, help it reach a wider audience, and create ambitious, professionally implemented concert projects. Each selected 50 EUR Patron ticket contributes to the implementation of the "Where the miracle begins" concert and future concert projects, the preparation of new programs, and the dissemination of music by Lithuanian creators.

A Patron ticket can be selected for any available seat in the hall – its value is determined not by the seat category, but by the exceptional decision to contribute to the choir's activities.
