About this event

Book Square 2026 returns to the Vilnius Days festival for the 7th time and invites all literature lovers to meet up!

Located in Cathedral Square, the Book Square pavilion will host 34 publishers and their latest books. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet authors – 37 events will take place over three days: book launches, conversations, discussions, educational activities, and creative workshops for children.

Some books will be available for purchase at Book Square even before they hit bookstores – they will arrive straight from the printing houses.

Book Square opening hours:

Friday, September 4: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Saturday, September 5: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Sunday, September 6: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Book Square 2026 is organized by the Lithuanian Publishers Association (LLA) and Vilnius Days. Book Square is partially funded by the Lithuanian Council for Culture and Vilnius City Municipality.
