"An adult is a person who knows everything, who has learned everything from their mom" (Augustė, 6 years old)
"School to me is a building I go to every weekday to learn, so that later I don't have to sweep the streets" (Laura, 10 years old)
"Love is a feeling, e.g., feeling warm next to another person" (Justina, 11 years old)
"Theater to me is a fun and interesting fairy tale that I don't have to read myself" (Kamilė, 13 years old)
"When we were little, we were surrounded by a very strange world. Everyone around us was so big and wanted something from us. When we grew up a little, we started attending school.
There we experienced all sorts of things: friendship, love, betrayal, joy, and jealousy.
Then we dreamed about what we would become when we grew up.
When we grew up, we remembered childhood pranks, adventures, and stories that could be used to write a fun and interesting book.
But we are not writers, so we decided it would be better to act it all out.
That is how the play 'When I was little' was born.
