About this event

This exhibition explores the relationship between discomfort, fragility, and wild nature.

The jewelry created by the author is massive, fragile, and not always comfortable. Wearing them requires attentiveness – one careless movement can scratch the skin or damage the jewelry itself.

This discomfort is important. It forces one to stop, slow down, and pay attention to one's body and movements.

At the same time, it invites one to turn toward their inner world – to the instincts, fears, desires, and wild nature that we often try to hide or tame.

"Only by knowing and accepting all parts of ourselves can we become more whole. True beauty does not come from perfection, but from the relationship with who we truly are," says Karolis Černeckis.

Exhibition opening – September 5th at 4 PM.

The jewelry collection is partially funded by the Lithuanian Council for Culture.
