On the evening of November 12th, St. Catherine's Church will host some of Lithuania's most prominent chamber music performers – the piano trio FortVio and the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra.
For two decades, FortVio has captivated audiences with their exceptional musical sensitivity, impeccable technique, and extraordinary ensemble playing. The internationally acclaimed trio is a member of the European Chamber Music Academy (ECMA), a laureate of prestigious competitions, and a recipient of the Lithuanian Government Prize for Culture and Arts. Pianist Indrė Baikštytė, violinist Ingrida Rupaitė-Petrikienė, and cellist Povilas Jacunskas transform every concert into a subtle musical narrative, where technical mastery blends with emotional depth.
In this concert, their sound will merge with the colorful palette of string sounds created by the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra. It will be an evening inviting you to immerse yourself in the world of chamber music – full of elegance, vitality, and inspiring musical dialogues.
The concert program will be announced in the near future, but one thing is already clear – listeners can look forward to an exceptional encounter with top-tier Lithuanian musicians and music that leaves no one indifferent.
