Christmas in Prison 2026: Gastro Fair

Christmas in Prison 2026: Gastro Fair

Christmas will be here very soon, and with the holidays, the Christmas gastro fair will once again take place at Lukiškės Prison! It's already the sixth one! The only one of its kind in the capital.

Mark your calendars – December 10–13. Address: Lukiškių skg. 6, Vilnius.

Participant registration form and terms: bit.ly/gastromuge2026

Just like every year in December, the Lukiškės Prison complex will turn into a real winter fairy tale. There will be Christmas trees, festive decorations, sustainable installations, and much more. The corridors and unique interior spaces of the complex will once again be filled with the scent of gingerbread, cardamom, and mulled wine.

Every year, this tradition brings together creators of diverse flavors, food enthusiasts, gastro professionals, and a multitude of visitors. There are quite a lot of people for whom this fair is the most important event of the year. All our partners, friends, and suppliers are responsibly preparing to present their delicacies and festive products in their own way. We expect a record number of visitors!

There will be plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The cultural program includes live music, vintage jazz, swing, real dancing, and much more. The little ones will also have their own space and workshops.

Also, experience our 'best kept secret' – the Walks.

The gourmet fair feast, full of jams, sweets, coffee, spices, delicious sauces, or even snails and other edible gifts, will be complemented by tastings, new product launches, music, dancing, live performances, and merchandise prepared for the journey under the Christmas tree – for yourself or others.

We will once again open the large spaces of the complex – the octagonal ring of Lukiškės Prison and the corridors leading from it, the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, and other previously unseen prison spaces.
