Immersive performance "What do you offer?"
Performance nominated for the Golden Stage Cross
Here are my eyes – They see the world, I love the world with them. Do you want to love? Look at the world Through my eyes.
A gentle, sensory performance "What do you offer?" invites young viewers (from 2 years old), neurodivergent children, their families, and caregivers to discover the world together through touch, sound, and color. Two actors and soft yarn with balls create simple, calming scenes that encourage curiosity, a warm connection, and a safe introduction without sudden or noisy effects. The performance features sensitive music, soft lighting, and short poetic texts read by a familiar voice, Giedrius Arbačiauskas.
The 45-minute show proceeds slowly, is rich in repetitive actions, and has many objects meant for touching — therefore, it is suitable for small children and neurodivergent children for whom a low emotional load is important.
Creator and director of the performance — Saulė Degutytė; playwright — Sandra Bernotaitė; actors — Kristina Baranauskaitė and Artūras Dubaka; composer — Andrius Šiurys; costume designer — Paulina Simutytė; voice — Giedrius Arbačiauskas; lighting designer — Rimas Molis. The premiere took place on November 30, 2024. The creation of the performance was funded by the Lithuanian Council for Culture.
