my meadows and fields,
so that it would no longer hurt
walking alone through them
With these lyrics from the song Ar eisi kartu? (Will you come along?), on August 6th, Livija Gemma and her band will invite listeners to discover a world of ambient pop sounds filled with dreams, melancholy, and hope. Norėčiau tau aprodyt (I would like to show you) is an invitation to get to know Lithuanian music that is still undiscovered by many, yet speaks of sincerity and the beauty of nature. Poetic lyrics and lyrical songs by Livija Gemma "are an invitation to get to know yourself," says Livija. "On the evening of the concert, I will also show glimpses of my new work" (she smiles). Livija Gemma's musical "stroll" will take place cozily along the bend of the Neris River, at the Eskedar Coffee terrace located in the courtyard of the House of Histories, and the musical guides who will transport you elsewhere on stage will be drummer and percussionist Dovydas Grižas and bassist Danielius Šnaras.
So, will you come along?
