Music that lets you press pause

Sometimes it is worth stopping not to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, but to hear it differently.

The rhythm of the streets, hurried footsteps, life in constant motion, unexpected sounds and emotions – all of this can turn into music.

The St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra and percussionist Sigitas Gailius invite you to an evening where contemporary classical music will reveal city life through unexpected rhythms, vivid contrasts, and enchanting combinations of sound.

Here, vigorous energy, pulsating rhythms, and sensitive, seemingly frozen moments will intertwine.

Marimba, vibraphone, and percussion, together with the string orchestra, will create a colorful musical world where each instrument will tell its own story.

This is a concert where you don't need to know music – it is enough to listen and discover how much music lies in the world around us.

On October 22, press pause. The city won't stop, but perhaps you will hear it in a completely different way.
