SO! Our most wonderful and excellent friends, we are announcing another wonderfully excellent piece of news.
We announce – GRAND BALKAN NIGHT AT HALĖ will strike on October 30th!
Over the year, we have gathered all the musical recipes, arranged the most delicious chorus sauces, collected the tastiest compositional snacks, and the most fiery melodic drinks discovered in Lithuania and foreign countries. We will serve all of this with the greatest pleasure on the table of the long-missed Halė Market in Vilnius!
It will be loud. It will be rowdy. It will be dizzying. It will be wet.

Baltic balkan (lt)
Lithuania's capital, Vilnius, has historically been a large melting pot where, throughout various centuries, the influences of Baltic, Belarusian, Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, Jewish, German, Tatar, Karaite, British, and Romani cultures have simmered.
In the courtyards where the son of a poor klezmer musician – the legendary violinist Jascha Heifetz – was once born, and where fresh secular music poured in from the East, the Baltic Balkan project started, aiming to combine modern dance music rhythms with the diverse musical heritage of this region.
This musical and performance project drew inspiration from Yugoslavian punk rock, numerous interesting band performances seen at European festivals, and films that revealed the true spirit of the Balkans (as well as the Baltics).
