Sound Thriller

After many years of study and creative work in Europe and the USA, the duo of flutist Dominyka Šeibok and pianist Emilija Rožukaitė returns to their home stage. The performers invite you to an extraordinary session where music takes on the features of an intense psychological thriller.

Using virtuoso acoustic effects and deep sonic dramaturgy, the musicians will offer a new interpretation of works by the mysterious César Franck, the colorful Osvaldo Balakauskas, and the dramatic Frank Martin. For this evening, the stage will become a space of emotional transformations and shadows, drawing the listener into the intricate labyrinths of the subconscious.

RE:TURN is a project by the Muzikos magijos klubas designed to bring professional Lithuanian music performers who currently live abroad or have recently returned to Lithuania into the cultural orbit of Vilnius. These are musicians who often have significant achievements on the international stage and are well-known in other countries, but do not yet have enough opportunities to perform frequently in their homeland. This series aims to create conditions for them to take their rightful place among colleagues in Lithuanian musical life and gain recognition from music lovers in the city of Vilnius.
