Pity We Didn't Kiss

Vygantas Kazlauskas invites you to a special live music evening featuring the songs of Joe Dassin, breathing with the streets of Paris, summer evenings, and that sweet longing for what might have been.

At St. Catherine's Church in Vilnius, Vygantas will perform Joe Dassin's songs, accompanied by a string orchestra, Tadas Motiečius on accordion, Tomas Varnagiris and Tomas Maslauskas on guitars, Michails Novikovs on drums, and the Artūras Novikas Jazz School vocal ensemble "Jazz Island".

This is an evening you want to attend not just to listen to music. To come and remember. To smile. Perhaps to return in your thoughts to one summer evening, one meeting, or one person whose story was never fully told.

Songs we know by heart, even though we never learned them, will be played. Songs about love, coincidences, longing, and what we said, what we didn't say, and what we never did.
