It seems I was still a child when I last played in the prison. A small 'rūpintojėlis' (pensive Christ statue) helped raise my inner child, so now I am truly becoming a woman. 'You are not afraid to be ugly, that is why you are beautiful,' a wonderful musician once told me, and I truly heard him. What freedom it is to feel this way, and what happiness to be seen like this. On July 22, the prison's energy will surely contribute to unzipping the ugly—the shadow—side. We will play with a live band, I am manifesting that I will manage to invite my dream guest, and if not—it is already a dream for me just to sing for you. I step onto the stage, I see you, and it seems that in the moment of greatest excitement, everything for me is—calm.
