Folk song evening

On October 17th, we invite you to a new format event: Folk Song Evening.

Together with experienced folklore ensemble performers, you will not only be able to enjoy modernly arranged traditional melodies, dances, and songs, but also touch the living tradition yourself. The performers will invite you to join in singing, share song lyrics, and teach you the melodies.

Since ancient times, folklore has been a living tradition – music that accompanied everything and sounded at any stage of life. It can be the same today – you just need to dare to try! Quoting the great folk singer Marijonas: "cast off your clothes of shyness"! On October 17th, from 8:00 PM, live songs and live music will await you – from calendar to military-historical ones. Want to bring your own songs? Great! You'll just have to share them with everyone.

The event is FREE. But the resourceful musicians won't miss the chance to ask for a donation for a noble cause.
