New Year's Eve, when dreams become reality…
What can happen in a glass and mirror workshop when the clock strikes twelve? What will the boy Grytis see when he wanders in there on New Year's Eve? In his dream, extraordinary winter characters come to life: Marquis the Cat, the Little Doll, the Ice Flower, the Snowman, the Lady from the old portrait… And… the enchanted Stiklė, who can only be saved by true friendship.
"Skersgatvio pasaka" is a poetic, warm winter story where childhood dreams intertwine with a fairy tale about kindness, loyalty, and the power of friendship. The play is full of playful, visually impressive scenes, features original music, and the expressive characters leave an impression on both young and adult viewers.
This is not just a fairy tale – it is a cheerful journey into a bright childhood dream, where even ice can be melted by the love and kindness of friends.
