On the occasion of Lithuania's Presidency of the Council of the European Union On 8 May, on the eve of Europe Day, a gala concert of the Baltic States will take place. As a universal means of expression, music promotes cultural dialogue and invites us to talk about one of the most important European values – cooperation between neighbouring nations and states.
