An evening of Lithuanian alternative music – two acclaimed performers and projects that combine jazz, electronic music, improvisation, and groove.
SHEEP EFFECT
Saxophonist Simonas Šipavičius, known as "Sheep Effect", creates a distinctive blend of jazz, experimental music, and electronic dance music. His sound combines saxophone with drum’n’bass, techno, minimal, and IDM – "jazz for clubs, parties, and gatherings". His live performance configuration turns the saxophone, effects, and recorded sounds into constantly changing layers.
"Sheep Effect" has released two solo albums – "Saxual Harassment" (2018/19) and "Grandes Saxitos" (2022) – in which he explores a playful combination of experimentation, stylistic collage, and electronic sound.

Duck saved jones
An experimental jazz trio combining jazz, hip-hop, R&B, electronica, and dance music. Andrius Savčenko, Artūrs Duckis, and Dovydas Jonas Šulskis balance between powerful rhythms, improvisation, and electronic textures, creating a sound that changes at every moment.
"Duck Saved Jones" music is a soundtrack of urban life, where urban energy and introspective melancholy merge: the hustle and bustle of the big city, the rhythm of the subway, and the noise of the streets meet the breath of nature, the flow of the river, and gusts of wind, all turning into an organic sonic experience where every listener can discover their own individual story.
