Contra Jazz

After two sold-out concerts, "Contra Jazz" returns to the Music Magic Club. This time, with a new program. This is the quartet's third performance on the club's stage, so it seems that meetings with "Contra Jazz" are becoming a lovely tradition.

Works from previous albums will be performed, as well as those that did not make it onto the albums. At the concert, we will hear the fusion of alternative jazz, rock, and academic music characteristic of "Contra Jazz," but plenty of space will be left for improvisation and unexpected musical solutions. According to the quartet's leader, Arūnas Šlaustas, the goal will be to "build a bridge between the present and the past, to melt the boundaries between cultures, genres, and temperaments."
