You know him without words — literally. The star of the legendary "Maski-Show" theater, People's Artist of Ukraine Boris Barsky, has been making us laugh on screen and on stage for decades. Now you have a rare opportunity to attend his jubilee creative evening.
On November 7, 2026, in Vilnius, at "Laisva Scena" (Laisvės 28), the living legend of clowning will come out to the audience without masks and without a script. This is a live conversation with the hall, which includes everything the artist can do: poems and pantomime, lyrical songs and dance, magic tricks, and stories from the touring life of "Maski-Show" that you won't hear anywhere else.
Barsky is a one-man orchestra: a comedian with the face of a tragedian, a mime who writes poems, and a poet who knows how to be silent funnier than others joke. Each of his evenings is born anew — from the audience's questions, mood, and improvisation. No two are the same.
The performance features fragments from Barsky's books:
"Lyrizmy" (Lyricisms) — poems, lyrical and ironic
"Ponaroshku" (Pretend) — a book for children and about children
"Igra v klassiku" (Playing Classics) — plays
"Chernye kotyata" (Black Kittens) — prose about the adventures of artists on tour
The event is held in Russian.
One evening. One artist. And a hall full of happy people — see for yourself.
