On October 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at St. Catherine's Church in Vilnius, Aidas Giniotis and the band "PlumBum" will present the program "Don't be afraid – it's us," featuring songs by the well-known pioneer of sung poetry Vytautas Kernagis, as well as other famous bards and songs from the "Keistuoliai" Theatre.
Director, educator, actor, and maestro of the "Keistuoliai" Theatre, Aidas Giniotis, is well-known to everyone. Having delighted listeners' ears for three decades with his original (and other!) songs, both solo and with other performers, this time he will invite the band "PlumBum" (Lithuanian for "Falling Plum") to the stage, which consists of five musical and energetic actors of the youngest generation. Džiugas Širvys, Aistė Šeštokaitė, Lyja Maknavičiūtė, Urtė Smulskytė-Auksoraitienė, and Matas Pranskevičius are colorful and unique personalities who, while faithful to the art of theatre, never step away from music. Aidas Giniotis, along with these young creators, will embark on a search for new sounds within melodies that many know by heart, promising to awaken Vytautas Kernagis' songs with instruments and voices in a sensitive, diverse, and, most importantly, deeply sincere way.
Style: intellectual semi-rock.
The concert is presented by "Bardai LT".
