On the last Sunday of the month, the Railway Museum in Vilnius fills not only with train stories but also with the sweet aroma of coconut. A coconut candle workshop awaits you here – a creative stop for anyone longing for warmth, coziness, and fragrant discoveries.
Embark on a journey that begins with pouring a candle into a natural coconut shell and leads into unexplored worlds of scent. During the workshop, you will learn:
how to distinguish coconut and soy wax from paraffin; why paraffin is not "friendly" to either the environment or human health; what more sustainable, gentler, and eco-friendly solutions can serve as alternatives; how to properly pour wax at home without overheating it; how to decorate candles with dried flowers from Lithuanian farms and meadows.
In the middle of the journey, a cozy rest stop awaits you – coffee or tea and a delicious cake. It is a short, warm pause for connection and inspiration.
As the workshop nears its end, you will pause for a quiet moment of aromatherapy, allowing your thoughts to settle.
Finally, each participant will head home with a handmade coconut candle and a decorated wax tablet – ready to create cozy, fragrant, and warm evenings.
