Gogol's "Diary of a Madman" is a tragicomic one-man story about loneliness, the desire to be noticed, illusions of love, and a world that is slowly beginning to change. A simple civil servant living among documents, daily routine, and unfulfilled dreams. But one day, strange things start happening in his life... Or perhaps it is not the world that is changing, but he himself? Here, the laughter slowly fades away. Comedy turns into tragedy. Reality merges with fantasy.
