“Romantic sax” – italian program

This winter, Lithuania will be flooded with music that smells of Italian evenings, love, cinema, and the joy of life.

“ROMANTIC SAX” returns with a program that will make you want to book a ticket to Rome, fall in love, or at least sing “Felicità” out loud in the car on the way home!

On stage – one of Lithuania's most charismatic saxophonists, Juozas Kuraitis, whose concert tickets often disappear from ticketing systems faster than you can tell anyone about them, and pianist Daumantas Slipkus, whose playing on stage becomes not just accompaniment, but a living musical conversation with the saxophone. At the Panevėžys Musical Theatre, pianist Lukas Gedvilas will perform alongside saxophonist Juozas Kuraitis.

During the evening, legendary Italian hits will be played, once performed by: Adriano Celentano Zucchero Al Bano and Romina Power Andrea Bocelli Ricchi e Poveri The Kolors

and other works by Italian music legends.

In the program - music you will recognize from the first seconds: “Felicità”, “Libertà”, “Vivo per lei”, “Mamma Maria”, “Caruso”, melodies from the films “The Godfather” and “Cinema Paradiso”, and many other pieces that have become true Italian music classics.

This is a concert where: the audience sings along the halls sway from the first notes people smile at each other and after the concert, you don't want to leave for a long time

The saxophone will sound so lively and emotional this evening that it will sometimes seem as if the whole hall has briefly moved to a small Italian square somewhere in Rome - where music plays, the air smells of espresso, and life moves a little slower.

“ROMANTIC SAX” concerts have already become an evening that people return to again. Because it's not just music. It's a feeling.
