Pure reflections

"Pure Reflections" is a contemporary presentation of well-known classical works. Although most of the interpretations resemble jazz music, one can also discern features of pop music, folk music, New Age, Latin, and other musical styles, with abundant improvisational elements that give this concert program its exceptional charm.

The musical project "Pure Reflections" ("Tyri atspindžiai") was born in 2019. It united the forces of jazz singer Rūta Švipaitė, saxophonist Janas Maksimovičius, double bassist Armanas Isojanas, and pianist Vitalijus Neugasimovas. Possessing extensive concert experience, each of them leaves a unique touch on this collective musical picture.

The program features popular arias, songs, and instrumental improvisations based on classical themes from the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, and Romantic eras. Listeners will also have the opportunity to hear several original compositions.
