PREMIERE!
Who lives in the village of Kriaušeliai? Have you ever seen a philosophizing earthworm wearing a beret? Or little pears that go on adventures? Or perhaps you have met an owl who knows everything better than the internet?
If not, it is time to travel to the Kriaušeliai garden. Here live Vilė and Bilė, Duke Kęstutis, the cunning polecat Marusius, the wise owl Morta, the ladybug Bzitutė, and many other extraordinary characters who will be brought to the stage by music, imagination, and play.
Based on Vytautas V. Landsbergis's "Apple and Pear Tales," a new musical story for the whole family is born—full of jazz, improvisations, songs, adventures, and unexpected encounters.
On stage: Kaunas Big Band
Composer: Mindaugas Stumbras
Conductor: Mantas Jančiauskas
Actors who will sing, play, joke, and lead the little ones along the paths of the Kriaušeliai garden.
This is not a concert. This is not a play. This is a musical stroll through a place where pears talk, earthworms philosophize, and imagination has no limits. We invite all curious minds, especially children aged 3–12 and their parents. Stop by to taste the sweet pears of the Kriaušeliai garden. 🍐✨
