One of the longest-running groups on the Lithuanian pop music scene, "Pikaso," is stepping into a new chapter of its history – on March 13th, they will invite listeners to the biggest concert of their career so far at the Kaunas "Žalgirio" arena. According to the group members, this step was inevitable and had been nurtured for many years.

"We always knew – sooner or later this would definitely happen. Now we feel that this is the best time. We are in our best shape and are the best version of ourselves," said "Pikaso" group member Rokas.

The upcoming performance will become a kind of reflection of the group's 27-year history. The concert will feature all the biggest hits – from the first single "Saulė," recorded in 1999, to new tracks such as "Padovanok," "Nesam šventuoliai," "Tikiuosi, tu ne viena," and many others. According to the musicians, compiling the repertoire is already posing a significant challenge. "We joke that we have too many good songs – sometimes you have to choose only one out of three superhits," smiles Haroldas.

Spectators can expect more than just a musical journey through the different stages of the group. Special guests are also planned for the concert – well-known Lithuanian music names with whom joint tracks will be performed. The latest technical solutions and a scale of show never before seen at "Pikaso" concerts are also promised.

The decision to hold the concert specifically at the Kaunas "Žalgirio" arena, according to the group, also has symbolic significance. "For many years, we have heard the same question – when is the arena concert? The "Žalgirio" arena is the mecca of the biggest events in Lithuania, a place where everyone dreams of performing. A solo concert here has been our biggest dream for a long time," the musicians say.

The group has no doubt about the support of their listeners either. "We have been convinced many times – we have a loyal and huge crowd of music lovers all over Lithuania. We believe they will unite and come to the biggest concert of "Pikaso's" career," states Tomas.

Quite recently, the guys tested their strength on the Žalgirio arena stage when Natalija Bunkė invited them to join as guests for her concert. At that time, the audience greeted the group with thunderous ovations and sang along!

Over more than two decades, "Pikaso" has gone through various changes – the sound and musical directions have changed, but one thing has remained unchanged. "All these years, people have been united by sincere songs. They travel from generation to generation and become even more precious over time," states Dainius. According to them, listeners have shared stories many times about how the songs accompanied them during the most important moments of their lives, provided comfort, or even helped them become emotionally stronger.
