On August 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM, actor Aidas Giniotis returns to the Pažaislis Linden Alley Evenings with the band "PlumBum". They will present the program "Nenusigąsk – tai mes" ("Don't be afraid – it's us"), featuring songs by the well-known pioneer of singing poetry Vytautas Kernagis, other famous bards, and the "Keistuoliai" theatre.
Director, educator, actor, and maestro Aidas Giniotis is well-known to everyone. Having delighted listeners' ears for three decades with his original (and other!) songs, both solo and with other performers, this time he invites the band "PlumBum" (Lithuanian for "Falling Plum") to the stage, consisting of five musical and energetic actors of the youngest generation. Džiugas Širvys, Aistė Šeštokaitė, Lyja Maknavičiūtė, Urtė Smulskytė-Auksoraitienė, and Matas Pranskevičius are colorful and unique personalities who, while loyal to the art of theatre, never step away from music.
Aidas Giniotis and these young creators will embark on a search for new sounds within melodies that many know by heart, promising to awaken Vytautas Kernagis' songs with instruments and voices in a sensitive, diverse, and, most importantly, deeply sincere way.
Style: intellectual semi-rock.
