Sing-along with the folklore ensemble "GADULA" │ Heritage Days

On September 24 at 6:30 PM, we invite you to a cozy evening dedicated to the Year of Martynas Liudvikas Rėza – a sing-along of Martynas Liudvikas Rėza's songs with the Kaunas Cultural Centre folklore ensemble "Gadula". Since 1988, the folklore ensemble "Gadula" has been fostering Lithuanian traditional culture, songs, dances, and customs. The group is united by a love for folk music, and its members not only sing songs from various regions of Lithuania but also pass on living traditions, host evening gatherings, celebrate calendar holidays, and actively participate in Song Festivals and folklore festivals. During the evening, songs from Lithuania Minor will be performed, which were collected, recorded, and preserved by Martynas Liudvikas Rėza – one of the most important promoters of Lithuanian folklore. Together with the singers of "Gadula", we invite you not only to listen but also to join in the singing, to feel the beauty of the Lithuanian song and the spirit of community.
