Internationally acclaimed accordion virtuoso Radu Ratoi, together with the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra conducted by Robertas Šervenikas, will present the program "From Rhapsody to Tango" on the stage of the Kaunas State Philharmonic. In the summer of 2026, the program, performed for audiences in the Kaunas district and Elektrėnai, received numerous ovations and great interest from listeners. In light of this appreciation, we are delighted to repeat it in Kaunas and invite you not to miss the opportunity to hear an impressive musical journey – from Romanian rhapsody to Argentine tango, from flamenco-inspired melodies to contemporary concert music.

Listeners will hear works by George Enescu, Georges Bizet, Ástor Piazzolla, Faustas Latėnas, as well as Spanish composers Isaac Albéniz and Joaquin Malats, and Franz Waxman's "Carmen Fantasie" arranged by the accordionist himself.

R. RATOI stands out for his technical mastery, stage energy, and exceptional feel for the instrument. He says: "Classical music is my main direction and I sincerely want to show what the accordion can do. This is my life's goal."
